Today Jon Prosser, known to be very busy with the recent maturity of Apple's upcoming devices, published on her Twitter account the data she sent to the Apple Store Online according to the iPhone 8 stock is reduced to make way for the iPhone 9 / SE2 launch closer, which was last week this April 15.
The iPhone 8 (phone replaced) has started to slip a lot on Apple's website.
All other products are fine.

What Prosser wanted to show with this data was that the iPhone 8 units were more limited than before, via Longer delivery times than other products. To confirm this, we went to Apple Online Store Spanish and we are looking at iPhone 8 delivery times in Spain.

Of course we can see how iPhone 8 delivery is longer than in other iPhone models such as 11, which has a delivery period for a week or so.
Given the current situation, it's hard to know whether this is because shipping companies need more time to deliver depending on which products they are in, or if it really is a stock shortage and Apple is doing its best to offset the sheer volume of iPhone 8 currently available .
Knowing how Apple has worked in similar situations before it may be true that they are trying to get rid of the stock iPhone that will replace the next 9 / SE2 but if there are no official announcements and you issue a little it may seem all this.
If what we know so far comes true iPhone 9 / SE2 saw the light in the middle of next week, with the exact same design as the iPhone 8 except the apple focused on the back, shares the A13 Bionic processor with its older brothers and comes with 3 GB of RAM.
