For some years, the popular email client WhatsApp he allows us insert texts in images, videos, GIFs and statuses, but for many years this tool has hardly received significant improvements. Until now.
Thanks to the latest beta version of WhatsApp, it has been discovered that the company is preparing a new text editora new tool much easier to use and more complete that WABetaInfo has been able to activate to show us what it will look like and what will be new.
A more complete text editor
Currently, the tool to insert texts into images or videos is limited to four font types and a color picker
Now to change the font we have to click on the ‘T’ button to switch between fonts, but in the new editor we have shortcut to seven fonts, three more than before. With this new selector, we can directly select our favorite text font without having to browse through the rest of the fonts.
In the new editor we can adjust the aligned text. You can choose to have the text aligned left, right or center as before. This gives us more freedom when we want texts longer than one line to be displayed.
Finally, with the new text editor, we can finally change the background color of the text so that they can stand out more with the background of the image or video, which we can be more creative with the tool.
The WhatsApp’s new text editor is still in developmentwith which it is not yet available to users but it is expected that in a few weeks it will begin to reach the first lucky ones who use WhatsApp Beta in testing.
