As soon as a few months have passed since the end of Chromecast with Google TV, but we miss it. It was one of Multimedia players reference To transform our TV into intelligent without spending too much. Unfortunately, Google has decided to leave Chromecast to focus only on the new Google TV streamer published last year in Europe; Although it is a very improved device, it is also much more expensive, with a price of 119 dollars, which leaves a very large hole on the market.
Fortunately, we did not have to wait a long time for other manufacturers to launch their own cheaper Google TV players, and now comes exactly what we expected. In the same way, Cast 150 is based on the same “equipment”With the same four-nuclei processor, Cortex-A35, accompanied by 2 GB of RAM and the same 8 GB of storage.
Like the latest Chromecast model, this cast 150 supports 4K resolution, in addition to Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. If we add to all of this Factory Google TV worksWe conclude that the experience will be exactly the same as with the old Chromect.

However, everything is not good news; The fact that Cast 150 is identical to Chromecast also means that it has become a little obsolete, especially in details such as the 8 GB of storage which can be problematic for future system updates, a problem that Google itself has had with chromecast.
