Choosing a new purchase device is not always easy. The market is packed with many models and models that look very similar, so the choice between one smartphone or the other is always determined by the details such as materials, design, custom-made layer, image category or terminal independence.
For this reason, brands strive to introduce very different products to the market.. In this regard, Samsung was the first company to launch a wave of mobile phones such as the Golden Fold, while other companies such as Huawei are betting on phones that have their services installed if a relationship with Google breaks. All for the purpose of being different.
However, when trying to isolate yourself from other companies, sometimes small mistakes are made or decisions are not made. As is the case with this LG G8X ThinQ. Not because the device is a bad phone, on the contrary, but because the South Korean genre has become so diverse that it has decided to enter the country to keep the case attached to the device, adds a second screen to simulate controversial wrap phones today.
Something may not seem exciting at first but once we've tested it out in the cold we'll be honest, no one would care that LG introduced this one to keep it out of the fun. Indeed.

Best LG G8X ThinQ
Materials and materials
Many of us are true fans of lightweight and luxurious phones, so if you take this LG G8X ThinQ out of the box there is nothing you can do but smile. We are facing a divestiture without producing art at will, the quality of the oozes and the good taste of its four corners. Not just because the terminal has certain design lines and premium packaging – which it is – but also because it's a good choice when it comes to materials.
The back of the signal is glass, while the metal sides are polished, giving the impression that the terminal is built on the same part and with the same object. When holding the phone manually we see that we are not facing any phone and that LG has put a lot of effort into producing it.
Now, these designs and this selection of materials also have their own shopping items. The LG G8X slides into your hands so using it without charge is extremely risky. Fortunately, in addition to the Smart Dual Screen which we will talk about in depth later, the phone comes with a silicone case, which we recommend using daily without hesitation.
The cover is a good first impression …
But if you're interested in this LG phone, it's not because of its design and design – it would be great-, but certainly because of its unique book cover… with the extra screen. The Smart Dual screen, as this unique supplement is called, is a case that is connected to the signal through its C-Type connectivity, in addition to protecting the app, it allows us to install a second screen.
In theory a very good idea. We have the best phone to wrap without being, because you simply released the device in this case and it will be the beautiful LG G8X ThinQ we mentioned earlier. Because the second screen is useful, it allows us to see Twitter while talking on WhatsApp on the big screen, watch a series on Netflix while browsing the Internet, and enjoy a video game while using any other app. A thousand opportunities.
The (many) problems we'll see over time, but we understand that in the head of LG the view was amazing. Smart Dual Screen comes to satisfy all those users who want to have a compact phone but do not want to spend the money they charge and most of all, suffer from all the problems that these institutions have today and we have both spoken.
A little good about the LG G8X ThinQ
… And the bad
Apart from what was previously mentioned, running a Smart Dual Screen is still a shop to give it a try at home and show it to our friends and family. Unfortunately its actual use is nil, because the view is really good. We understand that using it at home is lying on the sofa, watching our favorite Netflix series on one screen while the other we're talking about on WhatsApp is really fun, but for now, a few uses will be given in addition to this.
The lid is open, LG G8X ThinQ goes from a nice and elegant device to a full-size brick and does not fit into any pants. The larger the size, the bigger the weight and, above all, the discomfort when using it. Calling and talking on the phone is the same as going to the gym to strengthen your biceps and using them in bed and putting our toxins at risk as they come down in our hands. To end it, charging the phone with a Smart Dual Screen requires connecting a special small add-on to the charger that, having lost, would have made it better.
Fortunately and as we mentioned earlier, using this case can be entirely optional. We can take the phone to the street without protection or with the usual silicone case that comes in the box and when we get home, use the Smart Dual Screen to take full advantage of it. And let's not forget that in this case, the end-to-end independence, as it is reasonable, goes down significantly. Ultimately, whether or not you use them depends on your individual needs.
The problem is that LG as a brand, makes this case the primary claim of your device. Once the tests find that it's actually not worth using over a few times and that the LG G8X ThinQ is a fun patient without it. Most of all, Who came up with the great idea of putting a fake notch on a double screen?
Android 9 Pie
From the date of the analysis, LG G8X ThinQ is compatible with Android 9 Pie, which is truly unforgivable considering the value of the device and its hardware features. The fact that a phone with a high-end / high-end still has the Android version of the past should not be a good fit.
In addition, this is compounded when we talk about Android 10 and all the improvements that this version brings. fortunately sometime in the first half of 2020 a long-awaited update should arrive. Literally it's too late. I hope the wait is worth it.
Photo category
We wanted to manage the photos section of this LG G8X ThinQ independently of others for the simple reason: because it never comes up. As is often the case in many other terminals of the market, the pictures taken with this device are good in any light condition, good or worse. Simply put.
In experiments done, we have found that image processing is surprisingly effective and results in maintaining a sort of filtering that does not leave the image out of reach, but is not serious. It's a really good camera though unfortunately, being good is sometimes not enough.
As for nighttime photography, our perspective remains unchanged. As a general rule, cell phones that take beautiful pictures in daylight (without reaching for beauty) tend not to lose much of their transparency when light disappears. It is not the occurrence of this LG that fills in honesty in this respect. We leave you a few pictures taken with this signal to give your own perspective.
At a time when consumers are looking for smartphones with the best cameras this can be a problem because anyone wants only a terminal for photos you will not find in this program your best friend. On the other hand, if what you need is an occasional photography tool or just a bunch of photos not a priority, the LG G8X ThinQ may be a good choice.
LG G8X ThinQ: Andro4all's last thoughts and feelings
Is the LG G8X ThinQ worth it? It's possible that we can now find better alternatives at the same price, but this LG device is "completely different" to others. Not just because we look at one of the most well-designed and well-designed smartphones in the market, but why the distinguishing feature of this deadly one is its Smart Dual Screen status of good … and bad.
As we have shown, This curious cover is a lovely tool that can serve many uses, especially if we want to do two tasks at the same time, such as talking to WhatsApp while watching a series on Netflix or interacting on Twitter while browsing the Internet. However, it is uncomfortable to wear, has a lot of weight and loads with a stroke of pen to attract the main attraction of this LG, which is its dominant form.
As for exclusivity, the LG G8X ThinQ is a handset that works well thanks to its near-universal processor, a customizable layer that doesn't impede signal performance and the autonomy of any user, without forgetting how good its construction is and how it feels to the hand.
So, then, all of these specific points will have to be directly measured since it has not yet been updated to the version of Android 10 and its camera, which unless we mistakenly believe it is not at the top of some device specifications. So we wonder, does it compensate us?
Price and where to buy LG G8X ThinQ
The LG G8X ThinQ can be purchased in stores like Amazon for about 675 euros. It's pretty straightforward considering the design of the app, its processor and comes with two sides. One silicone and Smart Dual Screen to turn this into a kind of wrap phone.

| Conclusions | Not everyone's phone. So we can define the LG G8X ThinQ. Are you looking for a threatening phone that has all the good things about these places and without their bad points? This device with its Smart Dual Screen offers you this. Alternatively, it's a wonderful signal for the look of design and performance in programs and games of all kinds. I wish the camera was one with the cord on top. |
