Active corners are a kind of shortcut that allows us to access certain areas of the system, start applications or activate shortcuts. To activate this shortcut, just hold the cursor in one of the corners of the iPhone or iPad.

How to activate Hot Corners
Active corners are a feature available on iOS and iPadOS, so that we can activate and customize them from the settings of our iPhone or iPad. To do so, just follow these steps:
- Enter Settings and then in Accessibility.
- In the Physical and Motor Skills section, enter To touch.
- Now go to Support contact.
- Activate AssistiveTouch.
- Low and Stop control active.
- Press on Active corners, and assigns a function to each corner.
- In the AssistiveTouch menu, under Active Corners, you can set the time What do you want to happen before they activate.
How to use active corners
Once you’ve set up each corner and how long it takes for them to activate, it’s pretty straightforward to use. The first thing is to connect a mouse or keyboard to your device, then you just have to bring the circular pointer to one of the corners
You will see how in the corner a large quarter circle appears with a white line indicating the time that must elapse until the action we defined is performed. Once this time has elapsed, the action will be executed. It’s pretty straightforward.
