2. Click on the messages icon at the top right.
3. Start a conversation.
4. Click the + icon.
5. Click the Quick Responses icon (three-dot speech bubble).
6. Press +.
7. Create your quick response.
8. Click on Save.
9. If you want to create more, click + again to repeat the process.
