WhatsApp Communities arrived some time ago in order to have a new element in the messaging application with which unite many people with identical interests. Its big difference from groups is that communities are a kind of “groups with subgroups”. For example, for Apple fans, the community could be divided into different topics such as iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
Well, for a few months there has been a feature that improves community management
WhatsApp communities are now better managed
WhatsApp has been achieving for some time now changes to your interface. The most striking was converting the blue colors to green to resemble the WhatsApp application on Android. And the function we are talking about goes in the direction of integrating a new aesthetic, but also better functionality.
As you can see in the previous screenshot, it has improved the way of managing a WhatsApp community by adding the possibility of have everything at your fingertips from a single tab
All this is easily found by entering the community, clicking on the three-dot icon and then clicking ‘Info. of the community. As you will see, this menu also makes it easier to access the display panel by leaving its tab visible.
Although we already warned that this update had arrived a few months ago, it doesn’t hurt to check if you have updated the app. All you have to do is enter the App Store, click on your photo and do the refresh gesture (swipe up and down) to load the apps waiting to update.
