The main difference for Xiaomi and other Chinese manufacturers has been their similar commitment to its version of Android and Android One. For the Mi A family, a few facilities have been proposed for those people who have a suspicion of having a clean Android.
One of the benefits of these models was the speed with which they can be updated in the latest version of Android. However, this has not always been the case with the latest models.
Xiaomi updated the Xiaomi Mi A2 to Android 10 but had to suspend OTA due to communication issues, bluetooth and Wi-Fi system. Once it was resolved that some sources suggested that the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite would not receive this kind of program, something else was said about the Xiaomi Mi A1.
Android 10 will arrive in Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite
The Xiaomi Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite launched simultaneously. Which is why it was unusual that one of these updates to Android 10 and the other wasn't. We have contacted Xiaomi Spain and the product team have confirmed that this model will be available for Android 10 in Spain.
The day is quite wide since we have been told it will come the first quarter of 2020, i.e. February or March. Usually, some countries will be updated at the same time.
Android One doesn't work like it used to
Of course there are many users who appreciate having a clean version of Android but increasingly see the added value of customized layers as something good. For example the program is a file sharing system with OPPO, Xiaomi and Vivo mobile and which is not Google's Google.
Between this and the fact that Xiaomi looks to offer less resemblance to Android One than in previous years it may sooner or later models with this version of Android disappear.
