The fact is that We already have here the first mobile of the year from the Redmi range. Here is the Redmi 12C, a new entry-level mobile with some interesting additions.

And it is that, despite having more than one drawback, the truth is that for less than 100 dollars to change it offers us a generous 6.71-inch panel with HD + resolution and with battery for a while with 5000 mAh. Although there is more to say about this new terminal.

Let’s start by saying that aesthetically it is a phone that, without boasting about the materials because it is plastic, offers an interesting proposal for striped colors on the back. All this with a camera module located at the top left, in which the fingerprint reader is also located (curious position where they exist).

If we turn around, we find her 6.71 inch LCD screen. For this price you should not expect great proposals in terms of refreshment, which is why it is limited to 60 Hz. What it does not give up is to offer HD+ resolution 1280 x 720.

If we talk about chips, we meet an old acquaintance of Mediatek for the economic range just like the Helio G95. A chip that while it is true that at the time it was aimed at a range closer to the average, today it is relegated to this type of terminal. It is accompanied in the field by a configuration of 4 or 6 GB of RAM

In the battery we find a great incentive with 5000mAh capacity. Although, yes, it is limited in fast charging to 10W. This is simply because the terminal does not have USB-C, but rather a Micro USB port. Even though we are already in 2023…
