Apple has launched its Podcasts platform on the web. This new feature allows users to enjoy their favorite shows directly from the browser, without having to install the Podcasts app on their devices. For creators, this is also a beneficial update, allowing them to reach a wider audience.
The Internet version of Apple Podcasts offers an app-like experienceallowing users to: Search and browse, access the library, subscribe to the premium option and stay in sync with their Apple account and save playback progress to listen later, as well as view their shows and subscriptions.

Apple Podcasts on the web is compatible with Safari, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox and works on a wide range of devices, including Mac, PC, and other operating systems. To access it, simply visit the Apple Podcasts website or click on a podcast link. If you have an Apple device and the Podcasts app installed, it will open automatically.
Although the most common habit when listening to a podcast is to do it from our iPhone, there are circumstances in which this may not be so convenient, for example: when we want to share it with someone who does not have an Apple device, at home if we want to listen to it with someone else and on a larger screen or if the native application had a problem.
