There is no aluminum or other metal among the materials, but the plastics are of good quality, the finishes are excellent, and of course it meets the most demanding quality standards, such as Qi2, so will take care of your device's battery. Its size makes it perfect for putting in your backpack or purse, or leaving it placed in the outlet and using it when you need it. If used in a double socket, it does not interfere with the other socket at all and you can continue to use it without any problems.
