How many ways to use ChatGPT have you discovered for yourself? It’s probably no exaggeration to say that almost anyone with internet access could find some use in ChatGPT – at least after a little thought.
We had fun and thought of some possible uses for ChatGPT, which we hope can still surprise you or be useful for you. Here we go!
In this article, Jan Stahnke tells you how you can best use ChatGPT in everyday life to make life easier:

Make your life easier: 14 ways to use ChatGPT in everyday life
1. Text-Adventures
How about using cutting-edge technology to delve into the simpler times of video gaming? No graphics, but an interactive adventure in text form – a text adventure. Just ask ChatGPT for a text adventure, enter genre or other wishes and start playing.
The level of detail leaves something to be desired here and there, but as always, the more precise your request, the better the result. So give an exact genre and maybe even examples. For example like this:
“Play a text-adventure with me, set in a medieval fantasy setting, about a cast of gruff but lovable characters, each with unique abilities.”
2. Prompts for other AIs
Prompts are the requests that you send to AIs and fill in with details. If you still don’t quite get the hang of AI prompts, just ask ChatGPT for help.
ChatGPT adds meaningful extensions to the request that relate to your information. In the example above, the AI did a very good job of describing the style of the Polish painter Zdzisław Beksiński. And the results are impressive:
3. Games Character Names
Anyone who plays a role-playing game often sat in front of the text field for the character name and thought for a few minutes about what to do next. ChatGPT can of course also help you there.
Simply specify what type of character it is and give it personal traits or visual traits that should affect the name. So you get suitable names for your character without having to think forever.
Of course you can also get names for bands, companies, YouTube channels and much more
4. Write applications
Who likes to write applications, right? However, this has to be done every now and then. ChatGPT can help you with concrete texts, which are mostly a great place to start.
Just enter the job title and the company you want to apply to and let the AI do its job. Again, the more details, the better. You should definitely revise the text that ChatGPT gives you and fill it with more personal formulations.
Of course, you can also just let yourself be given a structure and use it as a guide.
Important: ChatGPT is far from perfect (yet) and can sometimes make mistakes that are not immediately obvious. So check important documents carefully before sending them. It’s best to have a real person read about your result again when you’re done.
5. Rewrite texts
What sounds a bit weak at first can (hopefully) bring you great joy. For example, ChatGPT can rewrite the end of a series that you didn’t like. There are certainly some of you who would like to read an alternative ending to Game of Thrones or Lost – even if it only comes from an AI.
Of course, you can also take your favorite song and have the AI rewrite it to be about you or maybe your dog. If you give the AI details to you, sometimes she really writes.
Granted, this isn’t exactly useful, but the potential for fun is just too great to pass up.
