For a week from May 23rd to 30th, racing and motor games of all kinds will be on the bargain shelves on Steam. We’ve smashed through the offers for you and give you our recommendations, where quality and price are head-to-head.
But one thing first: Friends of Formula 1 surprisingly get nothing from the sale, at least as far as the official licensed series is concerned. If you love them and haven’t heard of the upcoming manager simulation, you can find our preview here:

Forza Horizon 4 in the test video – also a racing dream in Great Britain
Stunning English landscapes, 450 unlockable vehicles from over 100 real-world manufacturers and total freedom. Forza Horizon 4 inherits the virtues of its predecessors and expands them with an open world that you share with other drivers and dynamic seasons.
In addition to classic street races, the fourth part also offers numerous stunt jumps, show races or even a capture-the-flag mode. And as a true open world, there was of course no denying the fun of hiding a few secrets.
After more than three years, there are now quite a few DLCs, some of which are heavily reduced in the current sale and available in two different bundles. Fortune Island deserves special mention here, the treasures of which lie hidden behind more extreme routes and weather conditions.
In our test, the beginner-friendly flagship title scored a dream rating of 92 points. In his detailed follow-up test, he reveals why the successor Forza Horizon 5 hasn’t quite come close so far, but is still the kebab among games for Dimi:
