Disney, Marvel Studios and their Avengers better watch out, Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble is coming and it won’t be a pretty sight. Your childhood heroes will take a hit.
In the collective unconscious, Disney evokes childhood, innocence, purity and all of those things. With harmless characters in the foreground who act more like models. Even though there are obviously villains like Cruella in Mickey’s company. On the other hand, heroes like Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan or Bambi wouldn’t harm a fly. But that was before the birth of the Twisted Childhood Universe (TCU). The interconnected universe that turns extremely gentle creatures into killing machines. And now comes Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble.

What would happen if Winnie the Pooh and Piglet turned into bloodthirsty psychopaths overnight? The horror film Winnie the Pooh Blood and Honey has already answered this question, and it’s not just about isolated delirium after a night of drinking. This year alone there are two more horror feature films: Peter Pan Neverland Nightmare, Pinocchio Unstrung, Bambi: The Reckoning and Winnie the Pooh Blood and Honey. A jumble of projects gearing up for the release of Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble. Basically the Avengers of this twisted childhood universe, totally twisting the Disney heroes.
Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble will be directed by Rhys Jake-Waterfield, who is also responsible for the Winnie the Pooh films, and will be released in 2025 without further details. “It will be a real bloodbath. We are heavily influenced by Freddy vs. Jason and Avengers. We would love to see a horror movie where the villains come together and team up to attack the survivors. Which heroes can form the Avengers of Horror? Winnie the Pooh, Peter Pan, Bambi, Tinker Bell, Pinocchio, Tigger, Piglet, Sleeping Beauty and the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland will appear in Poohniverse Monsters Assemble. And when all these evil characters join together to eliminate the survivors, there will be a visible bloodbath within the group itself “Epic monster-on-monster sequences”. It’s hard to believe everything we write, but it’s true. What a wonderful time! Incidentally, we notice that the production even went so far as to reproduce the Avengers font for the film poster.
