League of Legends could very well welcome a new heroine straight from the Arcane series, fans will love it.
With the incredible success ofArcaneThe entire League of Legends universe is currently in turmoil. In its effort to make everything coherent and canonical, Riot Games is slowly but surely starting to update its MOBA. The game recently received patch 14.24, which significantly changes the look of certain heroes and even completely reworks Viktor to make him canon Arcane. Also worth mentioning is the arrival of Ambessa, the series' charismatic antagonist, now playable in LoL. And of course that wouldn't be the only thing…
A new arcane heroine soon in League of Legends?
The leaks about the next champion of League of Legends, or rather champion, are increasing as it is none other than Ambessa's daughter Mel. As we've seen, the character's development in Season 2 is significant, if not downright impressiveArcane. She evolves from a politician to an all-powerful mage and should come and use her new powers in Summoner's Rift. According to leaks, she would be a sorceress, capable of dealing heavy damage and even blocking certain spells by literally sending them back to her user's face (Hello Maddie).
So here's what we know about Mel's supposed abilities :
- Passive : Mel's attacks and abilities fire additional projectiles that stack on enemies and automatically explode to kill enemies above a certain threshold of applied charges.
- A/Q : a projectile that deals area damage and slows enemies. It immobilizes enemies in the heart of the area of effect.
- Z/W : Mel summons a shield that increases movement speed and can reflect projectiles. It is also able to absorb and
- E : An area skill that charges up to 6 stacks on enemies
- R : Causes all enemy charges to explode, but they remain active and can explode.
Details about the kit are still missing and we don't know at the moment whether everything is correct. But on paper, the wizard's skills will turn heads. Currently, the heroine is not yet confirmed as a playable character, although she is now available in TFT. So you see.
