PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers can now try a new, newly released game on PS5 and PS4 for free as part of their subscription.
After launching the new PS Plus formulas last June, Sony lost millions of subscribers. The publisher has been scrambling to bring them back ever since, and the new offerings aren’t lacking in compelling media. Between some first-day releases, including Stray and Tchia, hugely popular games, and independent productions that hit the mark, the Extra Formula proudly competes with Xbox Game Pass. The PlayStation Plus Premium also offers a selection of retro games and an exclusive benefit: the possibility to test several productions for free for several hours. More generous demos than usual, which generally allow you to get a good idea of a title before possibly checking out. A freshly released new game is now available to try for free by PS Plus Premium subscribers.
A new free demo about PlayStation Plus Premium
On April 18th, PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers can get their hands on a new game round. A selection made especially under the sign of the publisher went under the stable of Microsoft: Bethesda. On the modern title side, April will be marked on the independent scene side by two episodes of Wolfenstein, Kena Bridge of Spirits, The Evil Within or the excellent Slay the Spire. Retro fans will have to settle for the classic Doom and the first Dishonored released on PS4. Subscribers to the top formula can still benefit from another advantage. Sony has indeed discreetly added a new free demo reserved for PlayStation Plus Premium members.
We can understand why the Japanese publisher has not communicated about it, unlike God of War Ragnarok or Disney Dreamlight Valley, since it is an independent title unknown to the Battalion and has not been able to benefit from many advertisements. From his name DE-EXIT – Eternal affairsc.e platformer Mixing exploration and puzzles just released on April 14th on PS5, PS4 and other competing platforms. PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers can therefore enjoy an hour-long glimpse into this surreal journey into an afterlife of minimalistic voxels.
The adventure begins when you arrive fresh in this new world, not knowing where you are or what you are doing here. It’s up to you to find out what happened to the Domain of Remembrance and do whatever it takes to save it. On the gameplay side, this means puzzles, infiltration, action and platforming stages, all of which, if we may believe the words of the developers, are all at the service of the story and cinematography.
If you want to try this new game for free on the PlayStation Plus Premium, just go to the Page de DE-EXIT – Eternal Affairs or directly in the store from your console and you’re done. For the record, the subscription also allows you to enjoy demos of larger games including God of War Ragnarok, Cyberpunk 2077, The Last of Us Part 1 or even A Plague Tale Requiem to name a few.
