One of the best Battlefield games is available for free, but unfortunately not everyone will be able to enjoy it. Here are the conditions that must be met to restore this still popular episode.
After the BF 2042 debacle, DICE and Electronic Arts want to show that they have learned the lessons from this bitter failure and are doing everything behind the scenes to make a resounding return to this cult license possible. According to information from insider Tom Insider, EA wants to conduct extensive external testing and even relaunch the community tool that allows you to play updates to Battlefield 6 in advance. If you can't wait to reconnect to the FPS, you can do so with this can't-refuse offer. A game in the series is currently free and can be kept for life, but there is one main condition.
One of the best Battlefields available for free
With the next Battlefield, the various studios working on it want to go back to basics and play smaller but still impressive 64-player (32 vs. 32) battles. In addition, developers who want to restore the franchise's image will start again with a modern conflict and try to capture what was successful in BF3 and BF4. While the modern era often wins out among gamers, Battlefield 1 and BF5 are the best examples that an older era can work… as long as the games are good.
Are you a BF1 fan or would you like to discover this work? It is currently offered conditional on you being an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriber.
