A study has searched which are the most relaxing games available on the market, using a scale of eight of eight parameters intended to measure the level of relaxation they can offer, with Animal Crossing: New Horizons taking first place in the analysis.
The study considered the following parameters: construction, nature, growth, achievements, problem solving, reflexes / coordination, non-threatening environment and social / cooperative aspects integrated into the video game.
Based on the analysis of these parameters in the current set of video games, the study has offered a score table with a list of the ten games more relaxing than the user can get today. For this they have used a scale of 80 points (10 points for each of the 8 parameters).
To carry out the study, a survey was adopted in which subjects were assessed to assess these parameters in an extensive catalog of video games. A sample of more than a thousand users from 18 to 30 years old has been taken.
