The year 2025 marked important changes for League of Legends, including a system of seasons and Battle Pass, which was found in other free titles. At the same time, Riot Games intend to go beyond the border of his legendary Moba by examining other genres and media. We have already seen the result with the excellent Arcane series from Netflix and spin-offs such as Legends of Runeterra, team fight tactics or ruined king. With the 25.06 -update, the title adds a very nice free surprise to the launcher of the game for a limited time.
Riot Games put cards on the table on the league of the Legends Launcher
The League of Legends Launcher not only starts the well -known Moba form for over fifteen years, but also grows with a fairly small free novelty, which is available from now on and for the next 40 days. You actually have access to a new mini-game from Riot Games customer for his flagship game, which is rather complete: The hand of the demon. It is a villain lite-cover building game around NOxus' tradition and especially Atakhan.
This mini -game, which is available directly in the League of Legends Launcher, is strongly inspired by other important titles such as Inscryption or Slay the Spire. The idea is indeed to build a deck to face different monsters by developing on a card with different branches and thus with different events. Some will be classic clashes, while other powerful bonuses or new cards receive. Of course, the difficulty in the course of our progress on the menu will increase.
In addition to providing a likeable alternative to the MOBA formula of the legends of the leagues, the mini-game la hand of the demon serves another destination. As a reminder, Atakhan was released from Leblanc after more than 1,000 years. Therefore, he expands the tradition of the license, whereby Visuals teasing upcoming developments in the basic game, such as Leblanc after work, which will be presented in more detail on April 2.
