Cyberpunk 2077 won't be a game for kids. That shouldn't surprise anyone, because for months new details have been coming up about how brutal and grown up the new role play of CD Projekt Red is. Now a leak shows us in more detail for the first time, what sensitive issues are in the game will.
The leak comes from the Brazilian age rating for Cyberpunk 2077 and has since been removed from the network. Brazil will be the game accordingly Approve from 18 years and as a reason, the website of the Brazilian Ministry of Justice briefly published a list of game content that affects age ratings.
"Are you surprised?"
There are many terms such as "abuse", "acts of violence", "nudity" and "prostitution", which are not very surprising. But also much harder content such as "mutilation", "suicide", "illicit drug use" and "sexual exploitation" appear.
Cyberpunk 2077's lead quest designer, Pawel Sasko, has indirectly confirmed the correctness of the list on Twitter and commented: "Are you surprised? We don't do shit."

In a community interview with GameStar, the developers made it clear in mid-2019 that we would expect very explicit content.
However, despite violence and sexuality, they don't want to overdo it and say: "Cyberpunk 2077 has nudity, but doesn't expect porn."
So will Cyberpunk 2077 turn 18?
The age rating from Brazil was apparently not yet open to the public. In Germany, the USK's verdict on Cyberpunk 2077 is still pending, therefore it is not yet possible to say when the role-playing game will be released in this country.
But the Brazilian leak indicates that it will likely be an 18 title, like The Witcher 3 before.
