The release of Alan Wake Remastered for Nintendo Switch is confirmed for later this year.
Remedy released the Alan Wake remaster last October. Released on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC, there have been several indications that this could be the case Released on Nintendo’s handheld console. Now it’s confirmed!
Alan Wake Remastered on your portable console
The game had been listed by the ESRB a while ago, so we figured Alan Wake Remastered would eventually come to Nintendo Switch. Now it is official. In a video for the anniversary of Twelve years of franchise, Sam Lake (Creative Director at Remedy), Ikka Villi (Alan Wake actor in motion capture) and Matthew Poretta (actor who voices Alan Wake) met to discuss the franchise’s past and future. By the way, as you can probably tell from this great piece of tech here, I’m happy to announce that Alan Wake Remastered is coming to Nintendo Switch. We’ll let you know as soon as we have an official release date.

Only in digital version on Switch
Alan Wake Remastered represents the entire original game, as well as its two scripted expansions “Le Signal” and “L’Ecrivain”. You can discover or rediscover the very cinematic story of the gamein one version graphically enhanced and in 4K. This release on Nintendo Switch should therefore take place in autumn 2022. Notice that The game will only be released digitally on the Nintendo console.
Alan Wake Remastered is due out on Switch in late 2022, digital only.
