The VR spin-off alien: Rogue Incursion will soon be playable for everyone without a VR headset.
The Alien series has already received many video games; This also included Alien: Rogue Incursion, which was aimed at fans of virtual reality. On VR headsets, the horror title on PC and PlayStation 5 could be gambled-and now the game also comes out in one version that does not require a VR headset.
After the VR version was released in December 2024, a non-VR implementation for this autumn has now been announced. From September 30, 2025, Alien: Rogue Incursion – Part One: Evolved Edition for PC (via Steam) and PlayStation 5 should initially be available.
Apart from the removal of the VR headset and the corresponding adjustments, this implementation of the game will also have an improved graphic and “even more fatal Xenomorphic”. The VR title had received positive reviews of its time and was even advertised by some players as one of the best alien video games.
