The customer finally got what they paid for.
Amazon has contacted customers who received strange orders, such as cat food and rice, instead of PS5, giving them a priority for a new batch of game consoles.
Since the console was launched, customers who have ordered PS5 from Amazon have had a hard time. After the console release date, many subscriptions were extended to December. Even stranger is that some customers have already received shipments of rice and cat food instead of the next-generation game consoles they expected.
This seems to be part of the theft somewhere in the delivery process. Amazon did return these orders and promised to correct them at the right time.
Finally, there is a probation. For those users who did get other items other than PS5, Amazon is contacting them, saying that they have selected a new batch of PS5 consoles first. As PushSqure managing director Anthony Dickens pointed out, Amazon contacted him with a botched order that gave him the right to be the first to order a new product. He said:
well done @Amazon UK Means “correct”. Hope this time it will actually arrive… #Ps5

According to Eurogamer, other affected customers appear to have received similar emails. Prompt the user to contact customer support and authorize a new payment to the console. After that, the order should be updated.
You need to contact Amazon to renew the order before December 5th.
The email does clearly indicate that the order is absolutely non-transferable, and consumers will not be able to increase the number of game consoles purchased.
