Amazon will also regularly offer free PC games for Prime subscribers in the new year. We’ll tell you here which titles await you in January!
New year or not: Everything will remain largely the same at Amazon Prime Gaming in 2024! Above all, this also means: Amazon offers free full PC versions for its Prime members every month – including in January.
At the start of the year, the offer is somewhat slimmed down compared to some months of the previous year, as there are “only” four free titles for you to get your hands on. The big name isn’t there either, but there are one or two indie gems. Among other things, Endling – Extinction is Forever allows you to explore a planet that was destroyed by humanity.
Specifically, the January offer, which is available as usual via gaming.amazon.com can be claimed free of charge by Prime members as follows:
- January 4 – Endling – Extinction is Forever [Amazon Games App] – Players experience a world devastated by humanity through the eyes of the last fox on Earth in this environmentally conscious, BAFTA award-winning adventure.
- 11 January – Apico [Amazon Games App] – In this relaxed beekeeping simulation, players can breed, collect and care for bees across a range of lush environments.
- 18 January – Atari Mania [Epic Games Store] – Players travel through this mini-game collection wrapped in a humorous retro narrative full of discoveries and surprises.
- 25 January – Yars: Recharged [Epic Games Store] – In this remake of the 1982 Atari classic, players destroy the defenses of enemy homeworlds by clearing bullets and overrunning bosses.
As usual, there is also in-game content for all sorts of current titles, which you can also find on gaming.amazon.com. Prime members in Germany, Great Britain, the USA, Canada, France, Italy and Europe will also be able to play new titles for the Amazon Luna cloud gaming service at no additional cost. It refers to:
- Control – Ultimate Edition
- Kitaria Fables
- Wonderboy: The Dragon Trap
- Young Souls
