After the pictures, here is finally the trailer of Indiana Jones 5 and Dial of Destiny. An explosive trailer that is not without flaws due to certain scenes…
That’s it, after several days of teasing, Lucasfilm has released a video for Indiana Jones 5. Does it broadcast?
La bande-announcement d’Indiana Jones 5 and the Dial of Destiny
Here and now everyone can enjoy the Indiana Jones 5 trailer, hence subtitled The Dial of Destiny. The “Cadran de la Destinée” in raw French? We will see. And what do we see in this video? A big dose of nostalgia with the appearance of Sallah, played by John Rhys-Davies, who we hadn’t seen since Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade.
We also get a look at the character of Antonio Banderas, who is a friend of Indy’s, but also Helena (Phoebe Waller-Bridge), Doctor Jones’ goddaughter, who will join the adventure. We also find Mads Mikkelsen as the villain, inspired by a real-life Nazi, Wernher von Braun-turned-engineer for NASA, and his watchdog Voller (Boyd Holbrook).
When we feel like we’re watching a movie that would be closer to the original trilogy, with a scene where Harrison Ford has yet to throw a big ball, a certain technology reminds us that we’re well into 2022. It’s the one digitally rejuvenated our adventurer in Indiana Jones 5. The feature film is set in 1969 but with an opening scene in 1944 which will be discussed. Despite the YouTube compression, we can already see the pretext in the trailer. Regardless of the complete sequence to see what will happen.
See you on June 30th, 2023 as announced on the first Indy 5 poster.
