After a mixed launch for Alan Wake 2, Remedy's game has reached its break-even point and the release of the physical version should further boost sales. But the release of the title was only a first step for the studio, which continued to expand this new story with the expansions Zone X and La Maison du Lac (The Lake House). It's even part of the games optimized for PS5 Pro, although the update caused some issues at the time of its deployment.
An article for Alan Wake 2 fans
Alan Wake 2 did not disappoint despite the long wait for this sequel. At the Game Awards 2023, the work of Sam Lake and the Remedy Entertainment teams was rewarded with three trophies (best director, best art direction, best narrative). Proof that the game has made a name for itself and stands out from the crowd among big names like Baldur's Gate 3. If anyone wants to extend this unique experience without necessarily having to restart the game, an important new feature is available for pre-order for collectors.
