The synopsis picks up the storyline of Knights of the Zodiac, in which we follow young Seiya, an orphan, as he actively searches for his sister.
According to legend, young warriors known as saints draw their powers from the constellations. They are united to defend the reborn goddess Athena against other gods who want to take over the earth. When an orphan determined to search for his kidnapped sister gains access to hidden powers, he discovers he may be the only living human who can protect a reincarnated goddess sent to save humanity. He will only become a Knight of the Zodiac if he can let go of his sister and embrace his destiny.
