Microsoft
Google has revealed that the two foldables Surface Duo and Duo 2 from Microsoft will also be equipped with Android 12L. The update should appear later this year. There is no exact date yet.
Sony
Sony is now distributing Android 12 for the Xperia 1 II and Xperia Pro. The firmware is currently only available in the USA, but should also appear in this country in the coming weeks.
Android 12 is also available for download for the Xperia 5 II in Europe, Asia and Russia. At around one gigabyte, the update is quite small. Sony does not publish a changelog, so it is uncertain what innovations are waiting for you.
Xiaomi
Xiaomi rolls out Android 12 for the Mi 11 Ultra. The software is also available in Europe. The update includes functions such as Atomized Memory, Smart Balance or Focused Algorithms.
The Poco X3 Pro is also equipped with Android 12. The update does not contain many innovations, according to the changelog you will get functions such as better accessibility for the clock and weather app and the phone. Furthermore, Xiaomi has revised the mind map application.
The Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE also gets Android 12.
Samsung
Samsung recently announced that it would distribute updates longer. The upcoming Galaxy A53 could even get four years of updates. At the moment, however, this information is still a rumor.
Google
Google is distributing the March Feature Drop for Pixel series phones. With this you get new features like Live Caption, Night Sight or the Emoji stickers for Gboard. The update is currently available to all smartphones from the Pixel 3a to the Pixel 5a. The Pixel 6 series will receive the update later.
Fairphone
The Fairphone 2, which is now seven years old, comes with Android 10. So the cell phone has now received the fifth Android version. Unfortunately, there is no official information about the new features.
Android 12L
