In a press release, publishers Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment recently officially confirmed when you can finally compete with players on other platforms in Apex Legends
In the coming week, the feature will initially be launched as part of a beta phase from October 6, 2020. From this date onwards, gamers on the Xbox, PlayStation and Origin (PC) platforms will not only be able to compete against each other, but also against each other. If you don’t want that, you will still be able to compete on platform-specific servers.
On the occasion of the introduction of the feature, there will also be an in-game collection event called “Accessory Market”. This will also begin on October 6th and will then continue until October 20th. It includes the new and limited Flashpoint mode, in which you can regenerate your health in huge Flashpoint zones. This will require you to move around the map differently to stay alive. In addition, as part of the “Caustics Heirloom” event and other event-exclusive objects are celebrating their debut.
