The iPhone 17 generation will be released in September, with the new Apple Watch Series 11 in its luggage. We don't need a crystal ball to say with high probability that Apple will present these two innovations to the world in the fall. A lot of rumors have already leaked out, especially about the iPhone 17 and the ominous iPhone 17 Air.
But Apple has many more products in the pipeline for 2025. Not all of them seem as safe as the two top sellers iPhone and Apple Watch. Based on the rumors we have examined, we expect the following Apple innovations this year. This could be Apple's roadmap:
Spring 2025: Cheap iPhone SE and more
Want a new iPhone? Then you probably don't have to wait until the release of the iPhone 17 generation in the fall. Apple is expected to introduce the new iPhone SE in the spring. The new product is apparently based on the iPhone 14, so it loses the home button and instead offers Face ID and an OLED display. In addition, the iPhone SE 4 is likely to be significantly cheaper than the iPhone 17.

In addition to the iPhone SE launch, we expect a slightly revised MacBook Air with an M4 processor, an improved iPad Air and an iPad 11 with a new chipset. Apple may also introduce its ominous “HomePad” as early as spring 2025. What is meant is a type of HomePod with a display that is used to control the smart home. However, the product has been traded for several years.
Apple's developer conference WWDC traditionally takes place in June. Here everything revolves primarily around Apple's operating systems and software. From a hardware perspective, summer is rather poor at Apple. The US Magazine 9to5Mac at most expects the presentation of the AirTag 2 and a new Mac Studio including an M4 chipset.

Fall 2024 was rather disappointing for some Apple fans. The iPhone 16 only differs visually and technically in nuances from the previous generation. And even the tenth anniversary of the Apple Watch was relatively unspectacular.

The Apple Watch Series 11 could finally get the blood pressure measurement function that many users have hoped for. The Apple Watch Ultra 3 will most likely also receive this.
