Although he warned fans in advance to ease their expectations, the creative director of Assassin's Creed Valhalla was very aware that they would be misleading.
Most of the presentations at the Inside Xbox Inside next-generation show last night were movie trailers and games, not exclusive to next-generation consoles. Microsoft knows what it has, so it retains the largest ticket for the event – Assassin's Creed Valhalla – To the end.
The unveiling of Valhalla and the CG trailer made fans excited. Many people hope that Inside Xbox can provide these products. Even if Ubisoft promised to provide gameplay, creative director Ashraf Ismail quickly clarified that the content to be displayed is not a gameplay demo, but only a trailer.
After knowing all this, fans are still disappointed with the trailer played by Inside Xbox. The official trailer on Ubisoft ’s North American YouTube channel has a high “like” / “dislike” ratio, compared with 18,000 “likes”, and 32,000 “dislikes. This may seem trivial, but this is where the trailer first appeared after the show. In contrast, the reveal trailer has 292,000 likes and only 12,000 dislikes.
In response, Ismail acknowledged that fans had higher expectations for the trailer and promised to share more gameplay between now and release.
Hello everyone ❤️
You rightfully hope to see more today. We have a long-term marketing campaign in front of you, and you will see more in-depth gameplay and get more information about the game.
Thank you for your excitement and enthusiasm! Be patient with us and be friendly. It will be worth it! 🙂

We recently learned that Assassin's Creed: Valhalla will not be the longest or largest game in the series, which may indicate that the Assassin's continent will be more dense.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla will be launched on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Stadia this holiday season.
