Baldur’s Gate 3 is already welcoming a new update, just days after the release of the colossal Patch 6. Here’s what’s on the menu this time.
More than seven months after release, Baldur’s Gate 3 continues to slowly improve. Larian Studios is known for the exemplary follow-up to their productions, and their latest baby is no exception. Sometimes bugs happen, patches that add problems lead to progress problems, but the developers respond when that happens. Players are currently compiling the errors that occurred with the release of the sixth major update on February 16, 2024. The Belgian studio corrects a tiny part of this with the Hotfix
Baldur’s Gate 3 Hotfix 18 is here
Less than a week after the arrival of the first major update of 2024, the Hotfix 18 has just been deployed. The last To update had added a whole series of sweet piggy kisses to send a wind of love blowing through Faerûn. Of course, there were also other practical innovations, especially when managing your team, new legendary actions for honor mode or new opti ons for your companions’ quests. Today’s small patch won’t do the same, as it fixes two very targeted issues affecting haggling with various sellers. You can now safely continue your shopping in the Forgotten Realms. Here are the short patch notes for it Hotfix
- Fixed an issue where some merchants would always show that they had 0 gold on them.
- Fixed a crash that occurred when the player traded with a vendor. Dealers, rejoice!
Anyone who collects anything and everything to pass on to anyone who comes by will finally get rid of their silver platters and other rubbish. No judgment, I do the same thing. THE Hotfix 18 of Baldur’s Gate 3 is now available to download for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series. Since it’s a featherweight 45.3GB on Steam, there’s a good chance you won’t even see it go by. You will have to wait a little longer for further changes and more important fixes. Given player-reported progression issues with certain main quests, a Hotfix 19 should follow suit quickly.
