Luke Evans (Gaston) and Josh Gad (LeFou), well-known from the movie, play the leading roles in the untitled “Beauty and the Beast” miniseries – supported by newcomer Briana Middleton, who will play LeFous’ stepsister Tilly.
In the musical, the trio embarks on an adventure full of comedy and romance in the iconic kingdom from “Beauty and the Beast”. The upcoming Disney + series should also shed light on how the so dissimilar Gaston and LeFou once became friends.
Filming of the “Beauty and the Beast” series will start in spring 2022.
