So activate the CME in the BIOLOGICAL LAB. Once this step is completed, head to the sea to take a boat. You have to search underwater for a boat-shaped toy.

There are three small boats in Terminus, but you can only use one of them to make the Easter egg: the flashing one. Of the three toys, only one emits a small red sparkle in the waterSo find it and interact with it to activate the boat racing mini-game.
