Since the test weekend took place, Blizzard has implemented various fixes and updates to Diablo 4.
The studio said the changes were made as a result of reviewing player feedback and game data. Changes made will appear in the release version of the game.
One of the changes has to do with the dungeon, which now always rewards a chest upon completion, and the chance of dungeon events occurring has been increased from 10% to 60%.
For characters, various skills have been tweaked for all classes, and crowd control sabotage skills with proper cooldowns are now available to all.
Multiple dungeons in all areas have been optimized to minimize the need to backtrack, and dungeon events now have more chances to spawn.
Melee character difficulty for bosses like T’chort, Malnok, Vhenard, etc. has been re-evaluated, resulting in changes to attack and combat mechanics. The Butcher has also been re-evaluated and will present more of a challenge in world tiers 3 and 4.
Implemented several quality of life fixes and fixed various issues with the UI. This includes the chat that now appears on the left side of the screen, as well as replacing the Sans Serif font with a new Serif font.
