Until now, Borderlands 3 for the PC was only available from Epic Games, but the game is now also available via Steam. And that very successfully, as the numbers of players prove.

Since its release in September, Borderlands 3 has only been available exclusively for PC via Epic Games, which initially caused a lot of criticism. In the meantime, the title was released on Steam on March 13 and immediately marched into the top 10 in terms of the number of active players.
As a result, more than 93,000 players were recorded on Sunday, who simultaneously fired through the Gearbox loot shooter. That was enough for a place in the top 10 of the Steam charts and is obviously a sign that quite a few players have been waiting for the release on Steam.
This was certainly supported by the special price at which the title is currently available. The main game is currently available on Steam for 29.99 euros, the Digital Deluxe Edition for 39.99 euros and the Super Deluxe Edition for 49.99 euros. In addition, players can look forward to the fact that there is a crossplay function between Epic Games and Steam. If you are still undecided whether to strike, our test on Borderlands 3 is recommended.
Gearbox and Take Two should be all the more pleased about that, because soon (more precisely on March 26th) with humming, love and tentacles: The Wedding of Wainwright & Hammerlock the next big DLC will be released, which will certainly attract some players. To get in the mood, a 12-minute gameplay trailer was also released.
