Gearbox Software has launched Borderlands 3 Mayhem Mode 2.0 on April 23.
As promised in March, Mayhem Mode 2.0 is coming Borderlands 3 And launched this week.
Starting April 23, you will be able to participate in ten "increasingly challenging" chaotic stages to obtain some of the most "powerful legendary loot" in the game.
When you complete the main campaign, "Chaos Mode" will be unlocked, and with "Chaos" 2.0, you can expect many improvements to the current mode.
After the live broadcast, you will no longer need to visit the base on Sanctuary 3 to activate Mayhem mode or levels. Instead, this option will be available through a new tab on the ECHO device menu. In a multiplayer game, the level of confusion will be determined by the host. When you pair multiple players, you will be paired with similar Mayhem players.
There will be more than 25 new modifiers available for the game, ranging from simple, medium, difficult or very difficult.
For example, "simple" modifiers are useful, while "medium" modifiers are more challenging. It is self-evident that hard or very hard.
The modifiers are randomly selected, and for each Mayhem level, the number of modifiers and difficulty level will be the same, as shown in the blog post.
As you increase the level of confusion, the quality of dropped weapons will also increase. Gearbox uses the Cutsman submachine gun as an example, pointing out that the version dropped at Mayhem level 2 is more powerful than the version dropped at Mayhem level 1. In addition, the weapon damage boost obtained in one of the Mayhem levels will "help you prepare" to move to the next level.
You can only get eight new legendary weapons from certain bosses when playing at Chaos Level 6 or higher. One of them is Sand Hawk, the legendary automatic sniper rifle. It fired nine bullets and "imitated the way the eagle flapped its wings."
