However, there is a catch: the asking price is outrageously high. For a digital edition of the console without a bundle, you pay 850 dollars from the provider. That’s almost twice the original price that Sony is currently citing for the console.

Thanks to a big Sony Christmas campaign that has been extended to February, you can still pre-order the PS5 from many retailers. So you no longer have to worry about whether it will be your turn in a virtual queue. In addition, the prices are not overpriced.

Among the dealers who offer the console are Otto, Media Markt and S aturn, but smaller providers such as Alternate and Euronics also offer the PS5 individually and in bundles. However, with the exception of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 bundle on PlayStation Direct, the PlayStation 5 consoles will not ship immediately.
