Caldera map, Vanguard integration and all the changes in the battle royale

Battle, Caldera, integration, map, Royale, Vanguard

The day is getting closer and closer Call of Duty: Vanguard will land in our systems and Activision is preparing the ground for the massive changes that lie ahead. The most affected title will be Warzone, which will not only receive a new map, but will has changed its name to include the subtitle of Pacific.

First of all, you have to be clear about the dates of when all the content will arrive. It will be between the November 30th and December 1st when we see the end of Verdansk and will begin the era of Caldera, the new map. On December 2 there will be early access to the map from Vanguard and Warzone Pacific will be released publicly on December 3. There will be a small farewell on November 18 with Operation Flashback, a game mode that will pay tribute to all the months of life of Verdansk.

What is Caldera like? The company details that we will face in lush forests, large cliffs, white sand beaches and ruins in which to hide. It should be noted that it is developed with the same technology and engine as Call of Duty: Vanguard. There will be more than 200 points of interest and the threat of a dormant volcano will watch us as we fight. The approximate size is similar to that of Verdansk and is based on feedback from the community. We can even carry out spectacular aerial battles and be answered on the ground with anti-aircraft missiles.

We will not lose any of our unlocked content on Black Ops Cold War and Modern Warfare and there will be full integration with Vanguard. All the operators of the three previous titles will be usable in Warzone after integration in early December, although we will return to military rank 1. Rebirth Island will continue with us, working as a complement to Caldera at all times.

The personal profile (business card, emblem, etc.) can be configured in such a way that it can result in a combination of any of the three most recent installments. With the start of Season 1, we will be able to use more than 150 weapons in Caldera in Battle Royale and Standard Loot modes.

Of course, there will be cross-play and cross-progression between generations, as well as including Ricochet, the new anti-cheat system both from Warzone Pacific and Vanguard. Of course, the battle royale pass will offer us up to 100 levels of rewards to get, although we will already be offered content such as free weapon projects, cosmetic content and two functional weapons.
