It is more than likely that there will be a new Call of Duty this year despite Corona. It would be surprising if Activision does not miss their cash cow's annual spin-off. What a call of duty it will be is a hot topic of discussion and speculation. So far, it was actually assumed that it would be another Black Ops. But a video from Gaming Revolution, which has so far mostly hit the nail on the head with its assumptions about Modern Warfare and Warzone, now names another scenario.
Gaming Revolution mentions a significant number of sources that assume that the upcoming game will be located in the Vietnam War. There would be connections to Black Ops, but this name would no longer appear in the title. Gaming Revolution speculates that the new game could possibly be called Call of Duty: Vietnam, like the third-person game in the Call of Duty universe that Sledgehammer developed at the time, but was canceled.
Let's wait and see, an announcement might not be that far away.
