A teaser video for the upcoming Call of Duty and Gundam crossover has just been released, showcasing three character skins and a variety of unique weapon skins, bringing the world of Gundam to Modern Warfare 3. As we all know, Gundam is about how Rad What is war, how can you blow up other fighters without worrying about it, so this is obviously Perfect fit.
You can watch the video embedded above, and even though the tone and themes of Gundam and Call of Duty are almost incompatible, I have to admit that the looks themselves look pretty awesome. Whether it’s the Gundam itself or the laser sword execution animations, it’s hard to deny how gorgeous they look.
You can purchase these cosmetics on their own through a series of bundles that are part of the original model kits and the anime’s 45th anniversary celebrations. You’ll be able to get the Mobile Suit RX 78-2 Gundam, the Zaku II, and the Mobile Suit Gundam Aerial. All three come with their own cosmetics, loading screens, decals, and more.

These bundles usually cost around 2,400 CoD Points, which equates to about $20. So if you want to buy everything… it’s going to cost a pretty penny. But hey, with Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 expected to release later this month as part of the Summer Game Fest, maybe you can consider this a nice farewell expense.
