Activision and Infinity Ward announce October 28 release date Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
With the news of the date, some artwork showing some of the operators has been released.
Featuring 90,000 square feet of visible space imagery, the next chapter in the franchise features Captain John Price, Sergeant Kyle “Gaz” Garrick, Sergeant “Soap” McTavish, Lone Wolf Simon “Ghost” “Riley and Colonel Alejandro star as Vargas in the Mexican special forces.
More information will be provided shortly.
Ahead of its April debut, the Modern Warfare reboot sequel has been described as “the most advanced experience in franchise history” that will combine with the Warzone “experience” built “from the ground up” in the main game.
This could also be the last annual release of the legendary series. Apparently, “senior employees” at Activision are said to be considering changing the Call of Duty franchise’s release schedule to release every other year instead of every year.
We’ll just have to wait and see.
