Call of Duty: Modern Warfare statistics deletion errors have been partially fixed, but there are currently some errors

Those eager to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare yesterday found a nasty problem waiting for them after downloading the latest patch.

Call of Duty: Modern WarfareThe first major update was released in about a month every other month. Patch 1.13 added a cross, a new loading slot, and made some fixes.

Soon after downloading the patch, players encountered a strange error when launching the game. The error message says: "Your data is corrupted or downloaded incorrectly." "You must reset the level and unlock to continue."

Prompts prompt players to choose yes and no, but many people are afraid to do anything to avoid risking more problems. Infinite Ward initially Suggest players Don't choose any one option, just close the game.

Since then, developers have been investigating the cause and have come up with solutions, although not all issues are currently resolved. Infinity Ward explained that players who selected "Yes" on that error message will still see their status reset.

The developers clarified, but progress has not actually been lost. This applies to overall account progress, weapon levels, unlocking and battle passes. Those who closed the game but did not choose either option should now resume from where they left off.

Until the correct patch is deployed, players who choose "Yes" can still play and make progress, but it should be noted that the statistics recorded after the patch is released may not be retained, which means they will roll back to before the patch Value.

The initial fix released overnight also had different side effects that affected all players. All custom add-ins created and saved in the new slot will be reset. It happens once the next time all players start the game, so this is inevitable.

When the full fix is released, we will update it for you.
