To cancel your GigaTV contract online, you must Log in to the “My Vodafone” area on the Vodafone website. Here you will find an overview of your contract. In the “Cable contract” section, click on “Cable TV” – this also applies if you have only subscribed to the GigaTV app and do not have a cable tariff.
Under “My tariff” you can now cancel your subscription or contract – or at least start the cancellation process. In fact, from here you will be redirected to another page where you first have to enter your state and then your reason for cancellation. Finally done? Oh no!
Now you can’t avoid calling Vodafone. You can reach a Vodafone employee on 0800/5052448 who can cancel your subscription or contract – have your customer number ready.

Since you can’t avoid making a phone call to Vodafone when canceling online, you can also just call Vodafone directly. The number 0800/5052448 was set up specifically for cancellation requests. There, you will be guided through the cancellation process step by step by an announcement and later by a Vodafone employee.

Vodafone offers you various GigaTV tariffs, each with a different minimum contract period. While the GigaTV app can always be canceled on a monthly basis, Vodafone cable tariffs can usually only be canceled after 12 or 24 months.
There is usually a notice period of six weeks, after which the contract is automatically extended. You will find the specific contract terms and notice periods for your tariff in your contract documents.
