The turn-based RPG Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 received a release date and a new trailer yesterday.
Sandfall Interactive used the Xbox Developer_Direct stage last night to present its new role-playing game Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 in more detail. This was done, among other things, with the publication of a new trailer, which also states the release date.
The title from the studio based in Montpellier, France, should be available from April 24, 2025. The date applies to PC and consoles, with not only the Xbox Series X/S but also the PlayStation 5 to be served. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will receive the turn-based RPG directly on launch day as part of their game subscription, which also explains the appearance at Microsoft.
The creators also gave a deeper insight into the game mechanics, which include, for example, the “Reactive Turn-Based” system. The trailer also goes into the story and more. With Monoco and Esquie, two other important characters were also introduced in the RPG.
