Assetto Corsa EVO will be available for preview soon. To mark the occasion, the studio took stock of the content offered at launch and beyond.
Car simulation fans will soon be able to take out their steering wheel for the Assetto Corsa EVO. As announced by Kunos Simulazioni a few weeks ago, the game is coming Early Access on PC Steam on January 16, 2025. A console version is also set to come onto the market, but the studio has not made any promises regarding publication. As a belated Christmas present, the developers have detailed what the Early Access edition will look like and confirmed colossal content ahead of the official release.
Assetto Corsa EVO makes its adjustments before early access
Assetto Corsa EVO is making its final adjustments before the start of Early Access and wanted to keep the virtual drivers up to date. If you choose Early Access, which will be playable on Steam from January 16, 2025, you can of course not expect a full game. It will only be on this date 20 cars and 5 race tracks from 4 continents.
Suggested routes include:
- Laguna Seca Raceway
- Brands Hatch
- Imola
- Mountain panorama
- Suzuka
The first part of Assetto Corsa EVO's single player mode will also be available. You can take part in training sessions, quick runs on the go or even your debut Driving Academy. A school to learn the secrets of impeccable driving, study the circuits and also obtain the driving license to gain access to the most beautiful cars. From the start you can enjoy a dynamic weather with real-time route conditions, advanced physics thanks to improved suspension and tire models and highly detailed tracks with the use of Laser scanning.
In summer 2025, the studio will release a highly anticipated new feature: Free Roam mode. An open world map that faithfully recreates the Eifel region known for the Nürburgring. Assetto Corsa will not remain in early access indefinitely and the full version will normally be released in fall 2025. We will increase the number of vehicles from 20 to around a hundred and from 5 to 15 tracks with official licenses.
