Cross-Play is about to land in Overwatch, allowing players to team up and play together.
Overwatch Thanks to the latest Global Battle.net update, players will soon be able to play with other people, regardless of the platform.
This update will allow players from all over the world to team up, as long as they have a Battle.net account and are associated with the corresponding hosting account.
If you are not sure how to create a Battle.net account, or want to know how to link your platform to a Battle.net account, Blizzard can help you.
To celebrate, everyone who logs into Overwatch before the end of the year will get a golden loot box.
It’s worth noting that although cross-play will allow you to team up with friends who use other systems, progress and collected content will not be transferred between sessions on different systems.
In addition, in addition to competitive games, all game modes will enable cross-play.
Competitive players will be divided into two pools based on the system (host or PC) they are playing. For balance purposes, PC players and host players will not mix in the same pool for competitive matches.
