In the middle of Summer Game Fest 2022, Capcom announces its showcase to return the previously announced games. Besides Resident Evil 4 Remake 4, Street Fighter 6, Pragmata or Exoprimal, can we expect new games during the event?
Summer Game Fest 2022 sees its program growing over time. Following the Xbox Games Showcase Extended, Capcom is also letting us know its intention to host a special event. Date, time, content and information.
This Capcom Showcase will go live Tuesday, June 14 at midnight (on the night of Monday 13th to Tuesday 14th) or Monday 13th at 11:59pm when it is clearer. While 35 minutes, The Japanese publisher will focus on that “on previously announced games”
What to expect from this meeting? The publisher occasionally has a few games in stock to communicate about. And the first names that come to mind are the two stars of the last State of Play. Namely Street Fighter 6 and Resident Evil 4 Remake. SF6 has already seen its leaker list, but it wouldn’t deny RE4 Remake gameplay or any information about its PS VR 2 version.
Other expected games
Alongside these two titles, the Capcom Showcase would be the right place to hear again about the SF game Pragmata, which has been postponed to 2023. And then there’s Exoprimal. At first everything pointed towards a return of Dino Crisis, until we realized that it was actually a cooperative shooter with dinosaurs.
