Before publishing a complete breakdown of its revenue in the April 22 financial summary, CD Projekt red Announced the estimated revenue for 2020.
The company posted a picture on its IL Twitter account, which seems to estimate its sales revenue of 2.139 billion zlotys and net profit of approximately 1.154 billion zlotys (thanks to Gamasutra).
If you convert it to U.S. dollars, you will find that CD Projekt Red’s estimated revenue in 2020 is 562 million U.S. dollars, and the current fiscal year’s profit is approximately 303 million U.S. dollars. Considering the issues that have plagued “Cyberpunk 2077” since its release, this is not bad.
You can expect to see the full details of the company’s finances later this week.

It’s worth remembering that the figures shared here include all the money made by CD Projekt Red – not just Cyberpunk 2077 sales (although you can safely assume a large portion of it).
Cyberpunk 2077 has been plagued by glitches and was almost unplayable on Xbox One and PS4 at the time of its release. At the time of writing, the PS4 version of Cyberpunk 2077 is still removed from the PlayStation Store.
It is certain that in the past fiscal year, a lot of revenue will be used for other mysterious projects of CD Projekt Red. At the end of March, the company announced plans to develop a variety of AAA games starting in 2022.
The company may also flow part of the funds back to the “Cyberpunk 2077” team, thereby promoting the development of the game’s multiplayer game mode-the uncertainty of the future.
