Even though Diablo II: Resurrected has been around for a long time, the game still has a long way to go to be perfect. Because of this, the Hack’n Slash is now getting a major update to improve its quality of life.
An update to improve the quality of life
Diablo II: Resurrected players can now log into their game to download a brand new update. The latter, sober 2.4.3. titled, improves the convenience in the game through the offer Revamped and redesigned matchmaking. The goal is to offer players much more populated games than before.
With update 2.4.3, which will be released on June 29th, we are introducing new features and various improvements aimed at optimizing multiplayer lobbies on console and PC. (…) From now on you will be offered all locations in your region for which your connection is sufficient. And to give you even more options, we’ve also doubled the maximum number of games that can be displayed in the games list from 20 to 40 games, allowing you to update your list in near real-time. You still need to update your game list manually as we decided to keep this feature so your list doesn’t get updated when you want to select a game. In addition to this new suggestion, there is also a new option that allows you to split the online game search into three categories, namely Private, Game Creation and Game List. The first, as the name suggests, allows you to make your games private. The second option allows you to create your room and make it accessible to everyone, and finally the last one simply displays the list of available games. playing style
- You can now use a new waterspout, leap attack, or jump attack immediately after a waterspout ends.
- We’ve changed the logic used to determine how often Waterspout attacks occur. Waterspout now integrates the increased attack speed of all gear. The duration between each Waterspout attack is the same as your character’s normal attack duration, but modified by the increased attack speed. When wielding two weapons, each has an average Attack Duration (rounded up). Overall, Waterspout’s attacks will be as fast as before. Slower weapons are faster.
- We’ve added a skill to drop loot directly into your cube in the Common Skills menu. Use this skill on an object to pick it up and place it in your Horadric Cube when you have space.
- We’ve added a configurable button for people using a keyboard and mouse to open the Horadric Cube while it’s in your inventory.
- We’ve added a new shortcut that allows you to open the Horadric Cube from the inventory menu.
- You can now assign multiple stat points at once with one controller.
- When you assign your last stat points on PC and console, a confirmation prompt will appear on your screen. This option is not available if you are using legacy graphics.
- An automatic setting to automatically open the map is now available, allowing you to set your preferred location.
online game
- You can double-click a game in the lobby on a PC to join it.
- If you’re using a Switch, you can now join a game made by loved ones through the in-game friends list.
- The size of the playlist has been doubled from 20 to 40.
- The game list information displayed in the information panel and game list will load faster when you select a game.
- When you play Diablo II: Resurected with your loved ones, you appear at the top of the friends list.
- If you’re playing on console, you can now choose whether or not to display the game’s name via the options menu.
A double XP weekend is on the agenda
Finally, note that for five days, from June 30th to July 4th, Blizzard is running an event for players that will increase your chances of exiting with better loot.

From June 30th to July 4th, a mysterious energy source gives you a 50% bonus on finding magic items and increases your chances of getting legendary, magic, rare or unique loot and sets after eliminating your opponents.
